Big Thanks to your team, who came prepared to wait on the President only to find that the plans had changed. They were so gracious, and unflappable, that they weren’t worried about changes, just wanted to know what and when and where. Some worked one function, others worked in the café for us, as the secret service, and police overflow had to eat somewhere. Alan Mulally (Ford CEO) was again impressed, and the Secret Service was very appreciative of the info provided to me by Amy for background checks.

Janice was TERRIFIC - she has been here before and was a significant help. She proactively did more things in the kitchen because the bar was only beer/wine and did not need as much of her attention.
